Be prepared for cooking smells wafting through if you're in the main building, due to kitchen ventilation issues. Dust showed up on the safe in one room, and the bed frame cover left something to be desired with noticeable stains. Parking's a bit of a trek, so travel light. It's awkward for larger bags. While the ambiance is nice, a better approach to cleanliness would elevate the experience.

The place was clean with a very kind and nice staff from the owner to the receptionists. Had very central location near the street market. Moreover, it was just next door to shops as well as do in Tetouan:)))

Amazing building and rooms with breakfast. Affordable food in the restaurant, nice breakfast with varying spreads and juice. Unbeatable location - minutes from Plaza Primo;))

A charming retreat in Tetouan
The atmosphere was a good escape from the busy streets. Each room offered a unique charm, and the fresh breakfast each morning was a perfect touch to start the day.
The parking situation was less than ideal, requiring a bit of a trek from the hotel. Some food smells could linger from the kitchen, impacting the overall ambiance.

The restaurant served very nice lamb couscous that was bursting with flavor, along with starters like Manchego and houmous that were huge and perfect for sharing. Plus, the staff were stellar, going above and beyond to.
While the ambiance was lovely, I did notice the bottom bed frame cover was quite dirty with stains, and the safe had a layer of dust. Given the price, I expected breakfast to be included.

This was the loveliest place we stayed in Morocco - we felt like princesses in a palace, especially when we had a bubble bath. We were upgraded to the Casablance Suite, next to the roof terrace. The owners have obviously put so much love and attention to detail in restoring this riad. Even the bathroom toiletries were specially made for the riad and quite divine. Elaborate tilework everywhere, multicoloured textiles, antique furniture galore. Breakfasts were enormous, full of freshly baked goodies. The Spanish owner was very gracious and friendly, as well.
This was not the fault of the hotel, but we got horribly lost trying to find it, because the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong gate. Make sure you come in through Place Hassan - the riad is very close to the gate and well sign posted. No complaints - it's a delightful place to stay. Unfortunately, it ruined us for the rest of the trip - nowhere else was as enchanting!

The Estambul Double Room was super comfy and spacious, with a lovely bed that felt amazing. Everything was really clean, which I appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful-though it wasn't on the terrace like I thought it would be-but still pretty good. The location is central, right in the medina, so you're close to everything. The staff were helpful, even if the language barrier was a little tricky sometimes. A solid stay!

On opening the doors of El Reducto from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, you chance upon a magical timeless atmosphere. Beautifully decorated, stylish and authentic. The rooms are cool, with high ceilings, lavishly decorated with rich earthy colours and lit by chandeliers and lanterns. The bathroom/wetroom is also well decorated and we loved the tiles. We had two wonderful meals and the staff were all really helpful and friendly. All in all a great place to celebrate our Anniversary.
Nothing wrong with the hotel, but the Town is a bit lacking in places to visit and to eat, other than the Medina, which is remarkable and unforgettable.

Historical house, renovated and beautifully decorated; cameral and familial atmosphere, not big (a few rooms only), good cuisine. The recommended guide (Nasser) was very good and showed me what I was interested in. Hotel led by very nice people.
It is an old house, so you are not 100% isolated like in big hotels (if you expect it; it's just different way). But for me it was just right.

A former ambassador's palace that is now a cultural landmark, El Reducto is personally managed by a lively musical woman who is warm and helpful. Fresh flowers grace tables and hallways. This is excellent value for the money, especially for the atmosphere. My room and its bathroom facilities were spacious and immaculate.

We liked everything about this amazing boutique hotel. Ibrahim and Ruth are the perfect hosts. Other guests who had stayed there before told us that El Reducto provide some of the nicest cuisine in the Medina. We dined there that night and must agree. The staff are exceptionally courteous. Our room was like a beautifully crafted jewel box.
